Personal training sessions with1FITCookie kick off with a 60 minute consult through what you’re hoping to achieve, assessment of your movement patterns and current nutrition - and from there we’ll whip up a program to get you moving.
One-on-one training is best suited for those who want the extra attention during their sessions or those who feel lost at the gym, not knowing where to start, what to do and how to do it correctly.
During these workouts, the session will be tailored specifically to help you achieve your goal, whether that’s weight loss, toning up a certain area, gaining muscle or even just improving general fitness. You’ll also benefit from workouts to take home with you and nutrition knowledge to help you kick those goals.
Personal training sessions are available in 30, 45 and 60 minute blocks and can be held Online, Indoors or outdoors .
